of the 32nd Judicial Circuit, State of Alabama
(Encompassing all of Cullman County)
and the Cullman County Probate Court
Welcome to the Cullman Courts Webpage!
The mission of the courts is to provide a fair and neutral forum for the resolution of civil disputes and for the impartial trial of all criminal cases according to the requirements of law.
For many people coming to court either as a party, a witness, or as a juror can be a confusing and at times a somewhat daunting experience. This site is designed to better serve the people of Cullman County by providing useful information about your court system. Here you will hopefully find information that will help answer some of your basic questions. However, this site is not intended to provide legal advice of any type.
Also, please remember that while the judges are committed public servants who care about you and your case, they are not permitted by law to discuss your case with you unless all parties are present, and they cannot give you legal advice. It would be highly improper for an individual to attempt to have any private conversation or communication with a judge or the judge’s staff about a pending legal matter and any such communication would likely result in the judge being disqualified from hearing the case.
Most trial court documents filed with the Circuit Court Clerk are accessible to the general public online through Just One Look™. In addition, fines and traffic tickets can now be paid by credit or debit card through AlaPay by providing the requested information on their site.
